  • Delivered end-to-end gameplay systems (mechanics design, difficulty balancing, scoring, feedback & polish) across published titles and 20+ shipped client projects.

  • Reduced final build size by 50% for published Smart TV games Tank Combat and Road Rush Revenge through asset optimization, code refactoring, and efficient resource management, enabling smoother live releases on OTT/Smart TV platforms.

  • Boosted player retention by +10% in Tank Combat by redesigning the difficulty curve, introducing 2-phase boss fights, and implementing score multiplier systems based on playtest data.

  • Built & scaled reusable systems (network/API integration, scoring, audio, rewards, game states) + animation/logic-driven features (blend trees, state machines, IK, local co-op) for Montessori, sports, and casual titles.

ArcStrom Games is a Pune-based studio focused on mobile casual games. I contributed to the development of multiple hyper-casual mobile titles with a focus on scalable code and mobile-first performance, including their live title Harvest Mania (available on Google Play).

  • Designed, developed, and maintained core gameplay features using Unity & C# for the published mobile title Harvest Mania.​

  • Optimized mobile performance through profiling, object pooling, and efficient scripting, achieving smooth 60 FPS on mid-range devices.

  • Implemented scalable architecture using Scriptable Objects, event systems, and JSON serialization for flexible content updates and easy post-launch tweaks.
